Here is a super nice professionally built 1940 Ford Deluxe Sedan
Only has 364 miles on it since restored.
It has a built 350 engine that runs great. It has a Walker Radiator on it with an electric fan from Cooling Components to keep car running cool. It has Eldebrock valve covers, intake and carb. It has magnaflow mufflers on it and it sounds good.
Engine is stock. The transmission is a Turbo 350 that is new and shifts out good.
The body is rust free and the paint looks great and was professionally painted. This car is new front to back. It has new bumpers front and back, new grille. All the chrome trim is new. The running boards are metal, not fiberglass like most.
It has a Heidts frontend with power Rack & Pinion steering. The rear is an 8.8 Ford rear. It also has power disc brakes with the brake booster mounted underneath the car.
Vintage A/C was added and blows ice cold. They mounted the 2 side vents where the ash tray would normally be which I thought was a great idea. The interior is all new tan leather. The seats, door panels and headliner are all leather. The seat is not the original seat but sits great and looks good. The carpet is also new. The trunk was done same as interior. The gauges are by Classic Instruments but look like the factory gauges. They all work. The dash lights work as do all the exterior lights.
Underneath the car looks good and is clean. There is no rust anywhere.
We have had several 1940 Ford’s and his one is by far the nicest one we have ever owned. Pictures do not do the car justice. Looks better in person. It drives and rides like a new car. This car is turn key ready and needs nothing.
