1949 Cadillac Series 61 Sedanette from sunny California and then Texas

Upgrades with a 429 Cadillac V-8 and Turbo 400 automatic transmission. And ice cold air conditioning.

The car was lowered by cutting the front springs a little and taking a leaf out of the rear springs.

Car has solid original body and floors. Paint has some spotting in as shown. Very nice interior.chrome is ok. Texas title in hand that matches the frame. Original cadillac chrome wire wheels.

I just installed rechromed bumpers and guards. The cars floors and body are solid original. No patch panels. No rust holes. This is a solid California/Texas car.

It runs and drives well.
