1948 CJ2A all original with hardtop. It was stored for many years in a container then I bought it. It has a remanufactured engine in it. I purchased it to save it and re home it. I have put a fair amount of work and $$$ in it to give someone a great start. At this point it runs and drives, shifts good, 4 wheel drive works well and steers great.
What has been done.
Engine. Valves adjusted, timing set, carb adjusted, new side cover gaskets, replaced exhaust and intake manifold, new heat riser flap. New exhaust, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, rebuilt distributor, rebuilt generator to 12v, some wiring, new coil and solenoid, voltage reg, radiator hoses, battery, oil and filter, belt, choke cable, oil hose, coolant, plus other smalls. This engine is CLEAN and has proper compression. Does not leak.
New bell crank and pivot assembly
New gas tank, sending unit, straps and lines to engine.
It Will need brake work.
