Black 1941 Ford Business Coupe 350 CID V8 Th400 Automatic
Gateway Classic Cars of Philadelphia is presenting this awesome 1941 Ford Business Coupe for sale.
The 41 Ford was completely redesigned from the ground up. They had an idea that there would be a major conflict across the pond so they were wanting a fresh look. This beauty went through a painstaking build with a huge attention to detail creating one of the prettiest black cars that I have ever seen.
Stripped down to bare metal the car was rust and wreck free. This made it a candidate for a sleek black paint job. Laid on heavy with a coat of clear on top, making this paint look as if you could swim in it. With a set of Chrome wheels on all four corners this street rod is guaranteed to stand out in a crowd. With all the chrome being of the highest quality against that ultra-deep paint.
Under the hood is the classic street rod setup, a small block 350 with a very clean and elegant dress up kit. Cleaning it up even more is the fact there are no visible wires cluttering up the bay giving it a very completed look. The The TH400 that the engine is hooked to is a great transmission and with the set of 3.42 gears in the rear-end you have a car that is peppy enough to jump off that red light yet can cruise down the highway without straining the engine with the high RPMs.
Open the door and the interior is something that is a very custom piece. The red with black accents is a great combination giving it a look all to its own. Behind the seats are two storage areas that have been blended nicely and could almost be considered secret compartments. With all the custom touches this 41 business coupe is just that all business.
Options on this 1941 Ford Business coupe include; AC, AM/FM/CD, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Vinyl Interior, Aluminum Alloys wrapped in Radial Tires.
